The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and place.

7:30 p.m.
Mayor Decker called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the flag.
Invocation was given by Rev. B. J. Paroulek of First Invocation
Presbyterian Church.

and unanimously carried to approve minutes as submitted.
Mayor Decker presented a Resolution to Miss Yolanda Pres.of Res.
Luevano commending her on her coronation as queen of the to Miss
1975 Sixteenth of September Fiesta. Yolanda

'The item which had been tabled from December 1, 1975
Council meeting re: building department fees, was again
brought before Council.
Director of Public Works stated he is waiting for more
information from other cities concerting building depart-
ment structure; report would be ready., -for next Council
meeting.
A proposed Resolution was presented, 'calling and giving
notice of a General Municipal Election to be held in the
City of Azusa, on March 2, 1976.
Councilman Solem offered the Resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA,
CALIFORNIA, CALLING AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE HOLDING
OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY
ON TUESDAY, THE 2ND DAY OF MARCH, 1976, FOR THE ELECTION
OF CERTAIN OFFICERS OF SAID CITY AS REQUIRED BY THE PRO-
VISIONS OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA RELATING
TO GENERAL LAW CITIES.

City Attorney recommended that City Clerk be authorized to
write to Mr. Nasser and inform him that he has 60 days from

and submitted, or City will proceed with abatement proceed-

Councilman Rubio requested information regarding Cable TV Rpt. on
survey questionnaire which has been distributed throughout Cable TV
the City.
Paul Allen, Chairman of Cable TV Committee, addressed
Council explaining survey being currently conducted. He
further reported on financial and technical installation
of wiring to begin around January 2nd in the northern
section of the City. After completion of wiring, service
for Cable TV will be available within 90 days.
City Clerk read in full a Resolution authorizing payment Res.#6363
of warrants by the City. Claims &
