Call to Order Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Cruz Roll Call Arkison, Solem Also Present: City Administrator Dangleis, Finance Officer Cooney, Police Chief Elkins, City Clerk Solis City Administrator presented request from City of Glen- Appvl0req .for ' dora for loan of Miss Azusa Pageant ramp for use in the use of Miss Miss Glendora Pageant, to be held on July 23, 1976. Azusa Pageant ramp Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Arkison and unanimously carried to approve request with the stipu- lation that the City of Azusa incur no labor costs for installation or dismantling. City Administrator advised Council of the increase of the City Administrator presented request from Director of Appvl.encmbrnce. $ 7,000 contingency election costs Parks & Recreation for encumbrances for 1976-77 fiscal year. Pks&Rec.for Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Arkison Appvl.Salary inc and unanimously carried to set City Administrator's 1976-77 salary for 1976-77 at $32,000 annually. Moved by Councilman Cruz, seconded by Councilman Fry and unanimously carried by roll call that further reading be waived. Discussion was held regarding Ordinance and the following amendments were approved: CITY HALL CONF. Subsection (h) $250.00 should be amended to $500.00 Subsection (i) Change "person" to 'Officer of the Organization". Moved by Councilman Cruz, seconded by Councilman Fry that Ordinance be adopted as amended. SMITH TO THE PARK AND RECREA- TION COMMISSION. Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Fry and unanimously carried by roll call that further reading be waived.
