AZUSA AUDITORIUM AZUSA, CALIFORNIA WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12 1977
The'City Council of the City of Azusa met in special
session at the above time and place.
Mayor Solem called the meeting to order.
Present at Roll Call: ,Councilmen: Fry, Cruz, Arkison,
Solem
Absent: Councilmen: Decker
Also Present: City Administrator Dangleis, Finance
Officer. Cooney, Superintendent of Light
& Power Gerharz, City Clerk Solis
The Mayor declared the purpose of the special meeting
was to consider employealaalaries.
City Clerk certified that a copy of the Notice of Special
Meeting was delivered to�each of the following members
of the City Council at the date and time set forth
after his name:

Moved by Councilman Cruz, seconded by Councilman Decker
and unanimously carried to adjourn to Executive Session
at 7:05 p.m.
Councilman Decker entered meeting during Executive Session
Moved by Councilman Cruz, seconded by Councilman Decker
and unanimously carried to reconvene.
Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Cruz
and unanimously carried by roll call to authorize the
City Administrator to sign an amendment to the Memorandum
of Understanding between the City of Azusa and the Police
Relief Association to increase salary by 1 Range; and also
authorize the City Administrator to enter into the same
type of agreement by signing an amendment to the Memoranda
of Understanding with the Azusa City Employees Association,
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union,
Local 18; and the Covina Azusa Firefighters Union, Local
2415.
Moved by Councilman Arkison, seconded by Councilman Decker
and unanimously carried to adjourn.
