Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Father Gilbert Cruz of the St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church. Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Cruz Retired Empl. and unanimously carried to refer letter signed by Ltr.refer to several retired City employees requesting a ?% increase budget session in retirement benefits to budget session. Councilman Cruz requested a report on traffic conditions 6th & Azusa at Sixth and Azusa Avenues. parking rpt. Councilman Decker offered a Resolution authorizing Res.#6778 payment of warrants issued by the City, which the City re:Warrants Clerk read in full entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING THE FUNDS OUT OF WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
