Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in Call to Order the salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Richard C. Addison Invocation of the First Baptist Church of Azusa. Chief Elkins presented Certificates for successfully com- Certificates pleting the San Garbriel Valley Law Enforcement Explorer to Explorer Academy, to Explorer Scouts Adolph Aranda, Billy Camacho, Scouts Robert DeBow, Robert Gurrola and Rosemary Gurrola. Council congratulated the Explorer Scouts for their involvement and dedication to the community by working with the Police Department. Council adjourned to Redevelopment Agency at 7:51 P.M.
