Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Reverend E. Nelson of the Four- Invocation square,Gospel Church. Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Cruz, Roll Call Moses, Solem Also Present: City Attorney Newton, City Administrator Dangleis, City Department Heads, City Clerk Solis There being no'additions or corrections, the Minutes of Appvl.Min.of the September 4, 1979, regular meeting stand approved as 9A/79 mtg. written. Council adjourned to Community Redevelopment Agency at Adj.to CRA 7:40 p.m. CRA recessed as Community Redevelopment Agency and recon- Recess-Cncl. vened as City Council at 8:15 p.m. Councilman Decker offered a resolution entitled: Res.#6839 Appvng.CRA to A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA issue Mortgage APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF Revenue Bonds THE CITY OF AZUSA OF RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS, 1979 SERIES A, IN A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $38050,000.
