The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and place.
Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the flag.
There was a moment of silent prayer in lieu of Invoca- Silent Prayer

CRA reconvened as City Council at 8:10 p.m. Reconvene
The hour of 7:30 p.m. being the time set for the Public Pub.Hrg.on
Hearing on the progress of the Housing and Community progress of
Development Program and status of projects funded through Housing &
the program, the Mayor declared the Hearing open. Dev.Prgm.
City Clerk read affidavit of proof of publication of
Notice of Hearing published in the Azusa Herald on
October 4, 1979.

refurbished.

Mr. Don Scharbrough of Investment Developers did not

resolved with the Public Works Department.
With regard to Mr. Ray Malim's report on public dumping
at the northwest corner of Azusa and Gladstone and the
abandoned gas station at that location, it was,

that decision on appeal of conditional use permit for

Gospel Church could be apprised of the change in Plan-

that appeal on Conitional Use Permit Case No. C-218,
Kiyohito Nakahara, be approved as amended, i.e., on
