Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Fred T. Kolosick, of the World Baptist Church. Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Cruz, Moses, Solem Also Present: City Attorney Newton, City Administrator Dangleis, City Department Heads, City Clerk Solis There being no additions or corrections, the Minutes of the December 3, 1979, regular meeting stand approved as written. Mr. Miguel Zavala addressed Council and presented to Council 50th Anniversary souvenir publication of the Socie- dad Progresista Mexicana. Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Moses and unanimously carried that City Administrator and Director of Public Works make a thorough study, involving cost, caustic content of water, and possible steps to correct problems, with regard to complaints received by. Ford.. for alleged burned out refrigerator motor due to power failure on November 27, 1979.
