Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Luis Madrigal of the Invocation Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church. Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Cruz, Roll Call Moses, Solem Also Present: City Attorney Newton, City Administrator Dangleis, City Department Heads, City Clerk Solis There being no additions or corrections, the Minutes of Appvl.Min. the March 3, 1980 regular meeting stand approved as 3/3/80 mtg. written. Council adjourned to Community Redevelopment Agency at Adj.to CRA 7:44 p.m. CRA reconvened as City Council at 8:10 p.m. Reconvened Mayor Solem presented plaque to Eagle Scout William Plaque Parker, with congratulations. Public Hearing on proposed zone change from C-3 to R -3a, Zone Change Case No. Z-214, located on a portion of the property to Z-214-W.Dolan the rear of the Ranch Center, as requested by William C. SAID ORDINANCE TO BE ADOPTED AS AN URGENCY ORDINANCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 65858 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE.
