CIVIC AUDITORIUM AZUSA, CALIFORNIA MONDAY, MARCH 17, 1980 7:30 p.m.
The City Council of the City'of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and place.
Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the
salute to the flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Luis Madrigal of -the
Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church.
Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Cruz,
Moses, Solem
Also Present: City Attorney Newton, City Administrator
Dangleis, City Department Heads, City
Clerk Solis
There being no additions or corrections, the Minutes of
the March 3, 1980 regular meeting stand approved as
written.
Council adjourned to Community Redevelopment Agency at
7:44 p.m.
CRA reconvened as City Council at 8:10 p.m.
Mayor Solem presented plaque'to Eagle Scout William
Parker, with congratulations.:

The hour of 7:30 p.m. being the time set for the Continued Cont.Pub.Hrg:
Public Hearing on proposed zone change from C-3 to R -3a, Zone Change
Case No. Z-214, located on a portion of the property to Z-214-W.Dolan
the rear of the Ranch Center; as requested by William C.
Dolan, the Mayor declared the Hearing re -opened.
Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Moses
and unanimously carried to close Hearing.

and unanimously carried by roll call to approve change
of zone from C-3 to R -3a as requested by William C.
Dolan, and that City Attorney prepare necessary Ordinance.
