Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Jim Lafolette of the Foursquare Gospel Church. Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Moses and unanimously carried to accept letter of withdrawal for Conditional Use Permit request from Windsor Financial Corporation, and to deny conditional use permit. Arrow Highway (County area), opposing said CUP business and to file a written opposition also, as location is within City's sphere of '.nfluence. Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Fry Rpt.on and unanimously carried that Director of Public Works Boy Scout inspect the Boy Scout Hall, 1300 block N. San Gabriel Hall Avenue, listing items in need of repair with possible costs for same, and report to Council. Councilman Moses offered a Resolution entitled: Res.#6900 Apptg.
