CIVIC AUDITORIUM AZUSA, CALIFORNIA MONDAY, JUNE 25 1980 7:30 p.m.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and place.
Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in Call to Order
the salute to the flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend James Herring of the Invocation
Assembly of God Church.
Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Moses, Roll Call
Solem
Absent at Roll Call: Councilman: Cruz Cruz absent
Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Moses Cruz excused
and unanimously carried to excuse Councilman Cruz from
meeting.

Consortium of the East San Gabriel Valley as a Community Consort.as
Action Agency, the Mayor declared the Hearing open. CAA
Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Fry
and unanimously carried to close the Hearing.
City Administrator apprised Council that no action need
be taken at this time, that Council receive all testimony
and that Director of the Consortium would compile all
input from all four cities involved for a presentation
.to Council and action then be taken at meeting of
July 21, 1980.

of asphaltic materials and concrete as needed for fiscal
year 1980-81, waiving bidding procedures, finding it
impracticable, useless and uneconomical to follow such
