Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in Call to Order the salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Reverend James Herring of the Invocation Assembly of God Church. Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Moses, Roll Call Solem Absent at Roll Call: Councilman: Cruz Cruz absent Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Moses Cruz excused and unanimously carried to excuse Councilman Cruz from meeting. Also Present: City Attorney Newton, City Administrator Dangleis, City Department Heads, City Clerk Solis There being no additions or corrections, the Minutes of Ap vl.Min.of the May 19, 1980, regular meeting stand approved as 59/80 mtg. written. A plaque was presented to Mr. Dan Rivera in memory of Plaque t6 Ruth Rivera, Park and Recreation Commissioner, by all memory of members of the City Council. CAA Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Fry and unanimously carried to close the Hearing.
