The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned
regular session at the above time and place.
Mayor Solem called the meeting to order. Call to Order

the City Clerk to return bidders' guarantees to the
unsuccessful bidders.

Councilmen that are appointed to various depart-
ments by the Mayor, will act as investigatory body
to receive complaints directed to that specific
department; upon receipt of final report on
Personnel complaints, report will be distributed
to full Council. City Attorney and City Adminis-
trator to prepare procedural policy.
Councilman Fry offered a Resolution authorizing payment Res. #6926
of warrants by the City which the Deputy City Clerk read Warrants
in full.
