Parking problem of Mr. Ugo Ciarrocca, 1327 N. Dalton was referred to Chief of Police for investigation. Councilman Cruz requested that Councilmen Decker and Fry as liaison officers to the Police Department make a thorougn investigation of the department ascertaining problems they are experiencing and if necessary having a consultant investigate and advise what steps should be taken to make it a more cohesive organization, with a report of their findings submitted to Council.
