Templeman Councilman Decker presented a plaque to Mrs. Norma Turner Plaque -Norma for her services to the City as an employee in the Librarp. Turner Department. Mr. Loren Wendt of the Southern California Gas Company Natural gas addressed Council and advised of natural gas rate forecast forecast which will increase by at least 15%, and also spoke of methods to conserve natural gas. Parking problem of Mr. Ugo Ciarrocca, 1327 N. Dalton was referred to Chief of Police for investigation. Councilman Cruz requested that Councilmen Decker and Fry as liaison officers to the Police Department make a thorougn investigation of the department ascertaining problems they are experiencing and if necessary having a consultant investigate and advise what steps should be taken to make it a more cohesive organization, with a report of their findings submitted to Council.
