Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Robert Flagg of the Invocation First Presbyterian Church. (Running Dr.) ' City Attorney apprised Council that under the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act, that a Parcel Map may be amended to alter omissions, including street names, pursuant to the provisions of State Law, and that it only requires that a Certificate of Correction be pre- pared and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer and that the amendment then be submitted to, examined and approved by the City Engineer. Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Decker Appvl.Lever- and unanimously carried by roll call to approve pro- aged Bus.Loans posal from Security Bank with regard to leveraged (Security Bnk) business loans. Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Moses Webster's and unanimously carried to continue matter of proposed Refuse Disp. revocation of business license, Webster's Refuse Disposal, (Hrg.set for and that Council set Hearing for meeting of January 5, 1/5/81) 1981. Councilman Fry offered a Resolution entitled: Res. ¢#6952 commending A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA H. Hubert 'COMMENDING HAROLD L. HUBERT FOR HIS YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY. Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Decker and unanimously carried to waive further reading. Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Decker that Resolution be adopted.
