The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above time and place. Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Fred T. Kolosick of Invocation the World Baptist Church. Dalton should be abated, the Mayor declared the Hearing at 171 N.Dalton open. The City Clerk announced that bids were opened in his Bids-Proj. office on Thursday, October 15, 1981 for a 6" water main #626,water in Memorial Park, Project No. 626. main in Mem'1 Park City Clerk read affidavit of proof of publication of Notice Inviting Bids, published in the Azusa Herald on September 23rd and 30th, 1981.
