The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above time and place. Mayor Solem called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Gary Silvestri of the United Pentecostal Church. I Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Moses., Solem Absent at Roll Call Councilmen: Cruz Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded` by Councilman Moses and unanimously carried to excuse Councilman Cruz from the meeting. Also Present: City Attorney Newton, Assistant City Administrator Cooney, Chief of Police Wood, Fire Chief Littlefield, Personnel Clerk Filer, Assistant City Librarian Vandale, Director of Community Services Guarrera, Superintendent of Light and Power Gerharz, Director of Public Works Wells, City Clerk Solis There being no additions or corrections, the Minutes of the December 7, 1981 regular meeting stand approved as written. City Council adjourned to Community Redevelopment Agency at 7:35 p.m. ' City Council reconvened at 7:36 p.m. Moved by Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Decker and unanimously carried that Petition against Western Disposal be referred to the City Administrator for investigation and report to Council. Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Fry and unanimously carried that complaints regarding the Swap Meet be referred to the Chief of Police for report to Council at meeting of January 4, 1982.
