CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM AZUSA; CALIFORNIA" -SATURDAY, JUNE 12, 1982 9:00 A.M.
-The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned
regular session at the above time and place.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order. Call to Order
Present at Roll Call: Council Members:
Decker, Hart, Roll Call
Latta, Moses
Present: City Administrator Dangleis, Finance
Officer Cooney, Chief of Police Wood,
Fire Chief Littlefield, Director of
Community Services Guarrera, Community
Development/Planning Director Cunningham,
Personnel Clerk Filer, Director of Public
Works Wells, Water Utility Superintendent
Poli, Manager, Chamber of Commerce Mendoza,
Chamber Members Purdy and Aguilar, City
Clerk Solis
City Administrator made a presentation of the preliminary Budget
City budget. All departmental accounts were discussed, Presentation
and, by consensus, approved as revised. The final budget
will be presented for adoption by the City Administrator
at a future City Council meeting.
Mayor Moses requested investigation regarding feasibility
of a Chamber of Commerce/City Liaison Commission.
Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilwoman Hart
and unanimously carried to adjourn.
