MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
JULY 6, 1982 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in`regular
session at the Civic Auditorium at the above time and
date.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Henry Towle of the Invocation
First Baptist Church.

CONSENT CALENDAR
The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items 1 through 28 Consent Calendar
was approved on motion of Councilman Latta, seconded appvd.(#22
by Councilman Decker and unanimously carried by roll Special Call)
call vote, with the exception of Item #22 (resolution
continuing as a participating city in the Transportation
Programs), which was considered under the Special Call
portion of the Agenda.

The City Clerk announced that bids were opened in his Bids-Proj.#634
office on July 1, 1982, at 10:00 A.M. for Project No. Well #8
634, furnishing and installing deep well ppump and all
related equipment and pipes for Well No. t3. He also
read the affidavit of proof of publication of Notice
Inviting Bids, published in the Azusa Herald on June
16th and 23rd, 1982. Three bids were received and are
on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

It was consensus of Council that City Administrator Conditions at
