CITY OF AZUSA
MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
JULY 6, 1982 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in'regular
session at the Civic Auditorium at the above time and
date.
' Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Henry Towle of the Invocation
First Baptist Church.

The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items 1 through 28
was approved on motion of Councilman Latta, seconded
by Councilman Decker and unanimously carried by roll
call vote, with the exception of Item #22resolution
continuing as a participating city in the Transportation
Programs), which was considered under the Special Call
portion of the Agenda.
1. The Minutes of the regular Council meeting of June
21, 1982 and the adjourned regular meeting of June
30, 1982 were approved as written.

The City Clerk announced that bids were opened in his
office on July 1, 1982, at 10:00 A.M. for Project No.
634, furnishing and installing deep wellppump and all
related equipment and pipes for Well No. fit. He also
read the affidavit of proof of publication of Notice
Inviting Bids, published in the Azusa Herald on June
16th and 23rd, 1982. Three bids were received and are
on file in the Office of the City Clerk,

the contract for Project No. 634 to Roscoe Moss Company
' in the amount of $65,119.40; waive all irregularities
in the bid under the provision of the contract docu-
ments, direct the City Clerk to return bidders'

the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract.
