The City Council of the City of Azusa met in'regular session at the Civic Auditorium at the above time and date. ' Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Henry Towle of the Invocation First Baptist Church. CEREMONIAL Councilman Latta presented resolution/plaque which the 'City Administrator read in full, to Mr. John Pad"a for his years of service to the City. CONSENT CALENDAR The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items 1 through 28 was approved on motion of Councilman Latta, seconded by Councilman Decker and unanimously carried by roll call vote, with the exception of Item #22resolution continuing as a participating city in the Transportation Programs), which was considered under the Special Call portion of the Agenda. 1. The Minutes of the regular Council meeting of June 21, 1982 and the adjourned regular meeting of June 30, 1982 were approved as written. 2. He also read the affidavit of proof of publication of Notice Inviting Bids, published in the Azusa Herald on June 16th and 23rd, 1982. City Attorney is to investigate the Public Records Act with regard to disclosing the names of the city employee that purchased the dog to ascertain if that would be a breach of confi- dential information, and submit that information to the City Administrator as soon as possible.
