MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
JULY 19, 1982 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the Civic Auditorium at the above time and
_ date.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend James Herring of the Invocation
Assembly of God Church.

The City Council presented gifts to the visiting students
and chaperone from Zacatecas.

28. Educational reimbursement was approved for Karen
Hampton Police Officer, in the amount of $188.00 and
for Audrey Carney, Senior Secretary, in the amount
of $64.56.

30. Notice was given that Planning Commission by Resolu-
tion No. 1843 conditionally approved a conditional
use permit to allow on -sale beer and wine license,
in a C3 zone within 300' of a residential zone, on
the property located at 728-A North Azusa Ave.,
Conditional Use Permit Case No. C-274 - Elizabeth C.
Hahn/Mazzetti.
31. Notice was given that Planning Commission by Resolu-
tion No. 1844 conditionally approved a conditional
use permit to allow on -sale beer and wine license in
a C3 zone within 3001 of a residential property
located at 665 E. Arrow Hwy. Conditional Use Permit

32. Notice was given that Planning Commission by Resolu-
tion No. 1845 declared its intention to initiate and
initiating an amendment of Title 19 (The Zoning
Chapter) of the Azusa Municipal Code relating to sale

The City Attorney apprised Council that his opinion with Dog sold to
regard to the selling of a Yorkshire Terrier to a city pity emp.

another party and that the transaction by which it was
purportedly sold her was invalid and thdt the dog would
