MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 16, 1982 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the Civic Auditorium, at the above time and
date.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Frank Herber of the
Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints.

CEREMONIAL
Councilman Latta presented a Plaque to Mrs. Helen Kugler,
retiring employee of the Light and Power Department,
thanking her for her years of service to the City.
CONSENT CALENDAR
The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items 1 through 28 was
approved on motion of Councilwoman Hart, seconded by
Councilman Decker, and unanimously carried by roll call
vote, with the exception of Item #12 which was considered
under the Special Call portion of the Agenda; Item #20 which
was considered under the Community Redevelopment Agency
portion of the Agenda.
1. The Minutes of the regular meeting of August 2, 1982
were approved as written.
2. Claim vs City by David G. Morrill, for alleged damages
to his windshield when a rock from City lawnmower hit
his vehicle, on July 27, 1982, was approved for payment
in the amount of $133.00.
