The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the Civic Auditorium, at the above time and date. Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Frank Herber of the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints. CONSENT CALENDAR The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items 1 through 28 was approved on motion of Councilwoman Hart, seconded by Councilman Decker, and unanimously carried by roll call vote, with the exception of Item #12 which was considered under the Special Call portion of the Agenda; Item #20 which was considered under the Community Redevelopment Agency portion of the Agenda. 1. The Minutes of the regular meeting of August 2, 1982 were approved as written. 2. Claim vs City by David G. RESOLUTION NO. 7171 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE CIVIL SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS RULE 6.04 h; RULE 20.03; RULE 21.05 AND BY ADDING RULE 7.05. RESOLUTION NO. 7172 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING -THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDINGS.OF TELEPHONE :AND RADIO COMMUNICATIONS MAINTAINED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. 17. CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF AZUSA AND SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY 22.
