CITY OF AZUSA
MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 16, 1982 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the Civic Auditorium, at the above time and
date.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in, the Call to Order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Frank Herber of the Invocation
Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints.

CEREMONIAL
Councilman Latta presented a Plaque to Mrs. Helen Kugler, Plaque to
retiring employee of'the Light and Power Department, Helen Kugler
thanking her for her years of service to the City.

The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items 1 through 28 was Consent Cal.
approved on motion of Councilwoman Hart, seconded by appvd. (#12
Councilman Decker, and unanimously carried by roll call Special Call,
vote, with the exception of Item #12 which was considered #20 CRA)
under the Special Call portion of the Agenda; Item #20 which
was considered under the Community Redevelopment Agency
portion of the Agenda.

The City Attorney apprised Council, -at this time, that
investigation as -requested by Council, on article that

violation of the Brown Act._ He further stated, that accounts
