The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the Civic Auditorium, at the above time and date. Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in, the Call to Order salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Frank Herber of the Invocation Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints.
