CITY OF AZUSA
MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 13 1982 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the Civic Auditorium at the above time and
date.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Frank Herber of the Invocation
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

was approved on motion of Councilwoman Hart, seconded by appvd.(#'s 9,
Councilman Decker, and unanimously carried by roll call 153231288 & 29

Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Latta
and unanimously carried to approve the holding of a
Public Hearing before Council on November 15, 1982, on
appeal of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1864, taking
no action on Variance Case No. V-771, on the property
located at 1003 E. Fondale - Naim Musharbash.
Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Latta
and carried by roll call that Planning Commission Resolu-
tion No. 1869 conditionally approving a variance to allow
waiver of Code Section 19.48.050(1) - required parking lot
improvements on the property located at 1777 N. San Gabriel
Avenue, Case No. V-775, Siegfried Speckert be appealed
by Council action and that a Public Hearing be set. Mayor
Moses abstaining from the vote due to a possible conflict
of interest.
Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilwoman Hart
and unanimously carried that Planning Commission Resolu-
tion No. 1870, conditionally approving a Conditional Use
Permit to allow use of a temporary office structure for
a period of 4 years on the property located at 444 E.
Foothill Blvd., Case No. C-282, San Gabriel Valley Bank
be appealed by Council action and that a Public Hearing
be set.
