The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session in the Civic Auditorium, at the above time and date. 'Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Gordon Coulter of the Invocation Free Methodist Church. Moved by Councilman Latta, seconded by Mayor Moses and Purchase Ad unanimously carried by roll call that 1/4 page ad be in APU purchased in the Azusa Pacific University Yearbook at a Yearbook cost of $65.00; further, that ad state "Welcome to Azusa." Moved by Councilman Latta, seconded by Mayor Moses and Kiwanis-sell unanimously carried by roll call that approval be given & dispense to the Kiwanis Club of Azusa to dispense and sell beer beer @Cinco at the Cinco de Mayo Festival, May 6th and 7th, 1983, de Mayo pending review of the Municipal Code by the City Adminis- Festival trator for compliance to the Ordinance.
