The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session in the Civic Auditorium at the above time and
date.

Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Larry Payne of the Invocation
United Pentecostal Church.

CEREMONIAL
Councilwoman Hart presented a Resolution, which the City
Administrator read in full, to Mr. Ben Paroulek for his
years of service to the City.
Councilman Cruz presented a plaque to Azusa High School
Girls J.V. Basketball team, commending them as League
Champions for two consecutive years.
CONSENT CALENDAR
The CONSENT CALENDAR consisting of Items 1 through 26
was approved on motion of Councilman Latta, seconded by
Councilwoman Hart, and unanimously carried by roll call
vote, with the exception of•Item Numbers 22 and 26
which were considered under the Special Call portion of
the Agenda.
1. The Minutes of the March 7, 1983 regular meeting
