The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session in the Civic Auditorium at the above time and ' date. Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Pastor Raul Castro of the Invocation Ebenezer Spanish Assembly of God Church.
