The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session in the Civic Auditorium, at the above time and date. -. Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Reverend Frank Herber of the Invocation Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints. Sergeant Ron Clark was authorized to attend the R. Clark to Assertive Supervision Course, to be held in San Diego, attnd.Suprv'n June 15-17, 1983. Course 16. Participation in the County Fair Housing Program at a cost of $13784.00 for 9th year Community Develop- ment Block Grant Program was approved; further, staff was directed to submit letter to Los Angeles County selecting the County Fair Housing Program as as amending the 9th year CDBG application to include same. 17.
