MINUTES OF THE CITY'COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING ,
MAY 16, 1983i- 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session in the Civic Auditorium, at the above time
and date.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Director of Community Services Invocation
Joe Guarrera.

vote, with the exception of Item 19 which was considered

disposal.

unanimously carried that a Board meeting be called of the
Azusa Agricultural Water for,the purposes of selecting.

It was consensus of Council that Director of Community
Services and Director of Public Works investigate avenues
and methods to'expand the anti' -graffiti program through-
out the.City and report back to Council.

the Business License/Zoning Inspector and reinstate the
full time position and that Personnel be directed to
start recruitment to fill the•vacancy. Councilman Decker

It was consensus of Council that Staff report on"the
possibility of ,'& dance area -in the`vicinity of the band
shell.

carried by roll call to contract with Municipal Services,
Inc., for administration of the Community Development
'Block Grant Program at a cost of $1850.00 per month.`
