' The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session in the Civic Auditorium, at the above time and date. Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in Call to Order the salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Monsignor Robert Stein of the Invocation St. Frances of Rome Church. It was consensus of Council that City Attorney investi- gate the need/legality of soliciting bids for the publication of Legal ads by the City. ' AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Councilman Cruz advised complaining residents in the Sierra Madre area that grazing cows would vacate the premises prior to July 1, 1983. Said program will be evaluated at Budget sessions with possible re -implementation or contracting with the Consortium for these services. Councilman Decker dissent- ing. Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Latta and unanimously carried by roll call that Richard Widman, again, not be allowed to speak as subject matter was a personnel matter not to be aired at Council meetings.
