A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE
FORMER REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
TO BE PAID OUT OF SUCCESSOR AGENCY FUNDS
THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE FORMER REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following claims and demands have been audited as required by
law and that the same are hereby allowed in the amounts and ordered paid out of the Successor
Agency of the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa, funds as hereinafter set
forth:
87-110-CP MRG ADM-SA _ 4,232.64
87-125-DS MRG RDRBRD-SA ____ 0.00

SECTION 2. That the Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
deliver a certified copy thereof to the Agency Treasurer and shall retain a certified copy thereof
in his own records.
