MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 3, 1983 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session
in the Civic Auditoriuvn,at the above time and date.
MIMr Moses called the meeting to order and led in the salute Call to Order
heFlag.
Invocation was given by Reverend Rick McDonald of the Four- Invocation
square Gospel Church.

four proposals regarding bill collecting services and
would submit his report at the next Council meeting.

unanimously carried by roll call to refer matter of Pre- Ministry Church
vailing Word Ministry Church placement in 11-1 zone to
City Attorney for appropriate procedure to use to return
to City Council for action.
It was consensus of Council that in light of existing UFO Arcade
moratorium on Arcades, matter of UFO Arcade be referred
to City Attorney for opinion regarding the legality of
request to expand business facility.
Moved by Councilman Cruz, seconded by Councilman Latta
and unanimously carried by roll call that Building
Inspector be instructed to inspect apartment at 633
Glenfinnan regarding complaint by resident that,
building was not adequately inspected for fire preven-
tion.

and unanimously carried to adjourn.
