MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 17, 1983 - 7:30 P.M.
' The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session in the Civic Auditorium, at the above time
and date.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to Order
salute to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Monsignor Robert Stein of the Invocation
St. Frances of Rome Church.

11. Proposed Agreement renewal between the City and Agmt. Pro Alarm
Pro Alarm Systems for a period of two years was Systems

Police was authorized to execute the agreement.
12. Request to waive bicycle licensing fee between
December, 1983 and March 1984, in conjunction with
a Bicycle Safety Program was approved.

wherein each item could be discussed and then action
taken on all items as presentlydone. Motion died for
the lack of a second.

present policy on demolition of buildings for possible
