Civiltec engineering, inc. (Civiltec) appreciates the opportunity to submit this proposal to Azusa Light & Water (ALW) for continued engineering support services. The primary goal of these services is to assist the ALW Water Operations with required engineering support for development related engineering, water system operations and the capital improvement program.
Civiltec shares your commitment to providing exceptional and responsive services and will provide engineering support that will meet or exceed your standards. Staff augmentation and engineering services have been a core service provided by our firm, mostly as an extension of our project management and design services.
AUTHORIZED RESPONSIBLE ENGINEERS
Civiltec proposes to assign Terry Kerger, PE, as Project Engineer. He will be responsible for our firm’s timely response and quality completion of our engineering support services. W. David Byrum, PE, will be the Principal in Charge and has complete authority to handle all contractual matters, commit
Civiltec’s resources as necessary and take all action necessary to meet your requests.
SCHEDULE
Civiltec is available to commence this project immediately. Mr. Kerger will be present in the ALW office 10 hours per day, Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week. Based on the ALW request for proposal, this project will be completed by July 31, 2022.
BUDGET DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE Professional fees for the above-described services will be billed on a time and materials, not to exceed basis as summarized below. Engineering Services (300 hours at $165 per hour) ................................ $49,500.00 Miscellaneous Expenses ............................................................................................ $500.00

Reimbursable expenses, hourly rates and other contract terms and conditions will be provided as described in our contract with you.
Civiltec will bill monthly for all work performed and expenses incurred on the project’s behalf. If this proposal is acceptable, please return a signed copy to our office.
