The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular 'session at the above time and date in the Civic Auditorium. Mayor Hoses called the meeting to order and led in Call to Order the salute to the Flag. Invocation was given by Assistant Pastor Wells of the Invocation Foursquare Gospel Church.
