NOTICE AND CALL OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council is hereby called pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956, to be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., at the Azusa
Light & Water, located at 729 N. Azusa Ave, Azusa, CA.
The Special Meeting will be for the purpose of holding interviews of Board and Commission Applicants
to fill the following positions:
• Arts, Cultural and Historic Preservation Commission (1 Position)
• Library Commission (2 Positions)
• Parks & Recreation Commission (3 Positions)
3 positions for a 3-year Terms and 1 vacated position expiring September 30, 2026
• Personnel Board (1 Position)
