MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 7, 1985 - 7:30 P.M.
he City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session
t the above time and date in the Civic Auditorium.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the salute
to the Flag.
Invocation was given by Geoffrey Craig,Director of Finance
for the City of Azusa.

13. Plans and specifications were approved for water line Plans & specs
improvement on San Gabriel and Dalton Avenues, Project Proj. 671
No. 671 and the City Clerk was directed to advertise
for bids.

end the policy on utility shut -offs, with the possibility
extending more time in emergency situations for those
residents who are delinquent in their payments.

unanimously carried by roll call* that City Attorney be directed
to investigate the possibility of the City acting as purveyor
of the State Lottery tickets so that profits of sales could be
a source of'revenue to the City.

appreciation are to -be prepared for those businesses and
developers who have stayed in the City of Azusa and have
upgraded their property as well. Said Certificates to be
