MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
30, 1985 - 6:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned regular
11ssion at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium.
yor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the salute Call to order
to the Flag.
INVOCATION was given by Reverend Frank Herber of the Church Invocation
of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AT
7:19 P.M.
THE CITY COUNCIL RECONVENED AT 8:25 P.M.
Moved by Councilman Cook, seconded by Councilman Cruz and
unanimously carried by roll call that the Community Services
Department be authorized to purchase a para -transit van
from Aerotrans in the amount of $19,900.00 and that lift
be installed on the van as soon as possible. Formal bids
were solicited for this item, but none received; therefore
informal quotations were solicited.

of this hearing.
Sworn testimony was then received from the Code Enforcement
Officer.
Moved by Councilman Cook, seconded by Mayor Moses and
unanimously carried by roll call to close the hearing.
Moved by Councilman Cook, seconded by Councilman Cruz and
unanimously carried by roll call that appeal be denied and
that the Order to Abate be affirmed.
Moved by Councilman Cook to adjourn. Motion died for the
lack of a second.
