The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session

the amount of $85,572.00, and its execution was
authorized. The City Clerk was directed to return
unsuccessful bidders' guarantees. Three bids were
received and opened in the City Clerk's Office on
December 23, 1985.

It was consensus of Council that staff investigate/report
on necessity for red curbing on Sierra Madre and Sunset
westbound traffic.

It was consensus of Council that Utility Director report
on surrounding cities using Edison energy as well as resale
cities with regard to surtax charged on utility bills.

to the Redevelopment Agency's downtown area with the
exception of the exclusive negotiation agreements with
Dicker Warmington, auto dealership on Azusa Avenue and

for final approval and implementation. Motion failed by
