The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session t the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium. ayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to order alute to the Flag. INVOCATION was given by Pastor John Sims of the Prevailing Invocation Word Ministry. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION It was consensus of Council that staff investigate/report on necessity for red curbing on Sierra Madre and Sunset westbound traffic. OTHER BUSINESS/CITY COUNCIL It was consensus of Council that Utility Director report on surrounding cities using Edison energy as well as resale cities with regard to surtax charged on utility bills. oved by Mayor Moses, seconded by Councilman Camarena that taff be directed to concentrate its efforts with respect to the Redevelopment Agency's downtown area with the exception of the exclusive negotiation agreements with Dicker Warmington, auto dealership on Azusa Avenue and the 210 Freeway and the downtown rehabilitation project and that staff bring back specifics to the Agency and Council for final approval and implementation.
