The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium. Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the Flag. INVOCATION was given by Pastor Robert C. Lewis of the Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church.
