MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
2, 1986 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session
at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the
salute to the Flag.
INVOCATION was given by Pastor Robert C. Lewis of the
Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church.

was approved by motion of Councilman Cruz, seconded by
Councilman Latta, and unanimously carried by roll call
vote, with the exception of Item F-7 which was considered
in conjunction with Item I-1; Items F-9, F-11, F-13, F -14(b)
and F-16, which were considered under the SPECIAL CALL
portion of the Agenda.

contract for police storage and tow service for alleged
discrepancies. Motion died for the lack of a second.
Councilman Cook offered an Ordinance entitled:

The Mayor declared the informal hearing open.
Testimony was received by Mr. Osko, Attorney for Johnny's

Moved by Mayor Moses that reconsideration be given to
the revocation of Johnny's towing contract. Motion died
for the lack of a second.
