The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium. Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to order - salute to the Flag. INVOCATION was given by Pastor Robert C. Lewis of the Invocation Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church. Motion died for the lack of a second. Councilman Cook offered an Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, ADDING CHAPTER 11.70 TO TITLE 11 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING POLICE GARAGE STORAGE AND TOW SERVICE. Moved by Councilman Cook, seconded by Councilman Latta and carried by roll call to waive further reading. Mayor Moses dissenting. Moved by Councilman Cruz, seconded by Councilman Cook Rpt & ord that the City Attorney be directed to prepare an Ordinance prohibiting and a report on prohibiting the sale of merchandise within sales @ pks the limits of any municipal park, without special written permit from the Parks and Recreation Department.
