MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
IEPTEMBER 2, 1986 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session
at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium.
Mayor Moses called the meeting to order and led in the Call to order -
salute to the Flag.
INVOCATION was given by Pastor Robert C. Lewis of the Invocation
Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church.

contract for police storage and tow service for alleged
discrepancies. Motion died for the lack of a second.
Councilman Cook offered an Ordinance entitled:

ADDING CHAPTER 11.70 TO TITLE 11 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL
