Mayor Moses called the meeting to order. Call to order ROLL CALL Roll Call PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: AVILA, STEMRICH, NARANJO, MOSES ABSENT COUNCILMEMBERS: LATTA Latta absent ALSO PRESENT Also Present City Administrator Fuentes, Deputy City Clerk Lara. COUNCILMAN LATTA ENTERED THE MEETING AT 6:32 P.M. Mrs. Jessie' O'Shea and Mr. Murray Hirota also addressed Council on this item expressing their views. Moved by Mayor Moses, seconded by Councilman Stemrich, and No appt made unanimously carried by roll call that no appointment be made more inter - at this time, and that consideration be given to those views at parties interested who filed late applications and those who end of mo. were unable to be interviewed this evening, to a date and time to be set by the Council within the next few weeks.
