The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:30 P. M.
Present at roll call;Collins, Barnes, Clark and Roach.
Absent: Case.

The Minutes of October 14th, 17th,and 25th were read and approved.
Trustee Case now present.
Communications were read from The Board of Supervisors, Trunk Line Outfall Cie--,,-,,,
Sewer Commission, Santa Fe Railroad, Macbe th Evans Glass Company, City of Oakt
land, and The Azusa Tiomans' Club.
Moved by Collins, seconded by Barnes that the Womans' Club be charged $2.50
for the use of Hall on September 26th, 1912.

In The City Of Azusa.

Moved by Barnes, seconded by Clark that the Resolution be adopted as read.

Absent; None.
Trustees Clark offered a Resolution being A Resolution Of The Board Of
Trustees Ofi:TheCity Of Azusa, Appointing A Health Officer For Said City And
Fixing The Compensation Or Salary Thereof.
The Resolution was read by the Clerk.
Moved by Case, seconded by Barnes that the Resolution be adopted as read.

Absent; None.
The Azusa City Band asked for the privilege of rehearsing in the City Hall
every Wednesday evening free of charge when the hall was not in use.
Moved by Barnes, seconded by Base that the request be granted.
Motion carried.
Moved by Barnes, seconded by Case that the Bnn.rd of Trustees extend a vote
of commendation to Superintendent Thompson for the efficient work he did in
rescuing Yr Frank Alexander who was so badly burned by the high voltage wires

Moved by Barnes, seconded by Clark that the City Marshal employ two extra
Ten for the night of Halloween.
