The minutes of January,27th, 1913 here read and approved, � -r=te-o-.,�.e• The Azusa Irrigating Company asked that the Resolution Number 225, passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa, on the 24th day of June, 1912, PROVQDING FOR THE CON- c c d STRUCTION AND OPERATION OF AN ELECTRID POWER LINE IN THE CITY OF AZUSA , be charged to read," THAT AT ANY TIME WITHIN TWO YEARS,(INSTEAD OF ONE YEAR,) FROM THE DATE OF THE PASSAGE OF THIS RESOLUTION, SAID PACIFIC LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT T.V FILE ITS WRITTEN ABANDONMENT AND SURRENDER OF ALL RIGHTS AI4D PRIVILEGES HEREUNDER". � Moved by Barnes, seconded by Collins that the Azusa Irri- d gating Company be granted the two years instead of one year. o Roll call.; Ayes; Collins, Barnes, and Clark, Noes; None. i Absent; Roach. Moved by Case, seconded by Barnes that the Petition be,p�,Le 00" ➢Q``�' granted and the Supt, of Light and Power be instructed to '�" install the light in the center of the street. Motion carried. The Public Works Committee reported on the Bids for Fire Hose, in favor of Meier Bros, bid of 54j'. Moved by by Case, seconded by Barnes that Meier Bros, be r.. awarded the Contract. Roll call; Ayes; Collins, Barnes, Clark and Case. Noes; None. Absent; Roach. The Public Works Committee also reported not in favor of paying $25.00 more to Mr Cardwell on the pipeline. �^ -r �•.Q(d t,,Q Moved by Collins, seconded by Barnes that Mr Cardwell be refused $25.00 more on laying of his pipeline. Motion carried. W. J. Wade came before the Board and asked that the City pp<eS lay a two inch pipeline along Fourth Street from San Gabriel y 8 Avenue, west about 250 feet 94+- 4' 26 A'`'rj % I. Roger'Dalton asked for the grade stakes eo that he could a_,e,C� lay the sidewalk om Azusa Avenue in front of his House. Engineer Gierlich reported on the Estimate on the pro- posed Improvement of Center Street. His Estimate being 7bg per lineal Foot. Mpved by Barnes, seconded by Collins that the report be received akd filed, Motion carried. 5 Trustee Case offered a Resolution , being A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, ADOPTING IMPROVEMENT MAP OF CENTRE STREET FROM THE EAST CURB LINE OF DALTON AVENUE TO EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF TIES CITY 01' AZUSA.
