The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:15 P. M.
fPresident Roach being absent, Trustee Clark took the chair
and called the meeting to order.

The Azusa Irrigating Company asked that the Resolution
Number 225, passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Azusa, on the 24th day of June, 1912, PROVQDING FOR THE CON- c c d
STRUCTION AND OPERATION OF AN ELECTRID POWER LINE IN THE CITY
OF AZUSA , be charged to read," THAT AT ANY TIME WITHIN
TWO YEARS,(INSTEAD OF ONE YEAR,) FROM THE DATE OF THE PASSAGE
OF THIS RESOLUTION, SAID PACIFIC LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY
SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT T.V FILE ITS WRITTEN ABANDONMENT AND
SURRENDER OF ALL RIGHTS AI4D PRIVILEGES HEREUNDER".

The Public Works Committee reported on the Bids for Fire
Hose, in favor of Meier Bros, bid of 54j'.

awarded the Contract.

The Public Works Committee also reported not in favor of
paying $25.00 more to Mr Cardwell on the pipeline.

be refused $25.00 more on laying of his pipeline.

W. J. Wade came before the Board and asked that the City pp<eS
lay a two inch pipeline along Fourth Street from San Gabriel y 8
Avenue, west about 250 feet 94+- 4'

Engineer Gierlich reported on the Estimate on the pro-
posed Improvement of Center Street. His Estimate being
7bg per lineal Foot.
