The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned regular session at the above date and time in the Library Auditorium. Mayor Alexander called the meeting to order. PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: ABSENT : COUNCILMEMBERS HARDISON, MADRID, NARANJO, BEEBE, ALEXANDER NONE City Administrator/Executive Director Garcia, Chief of Police Nelson, Finance Director Craig, Junior Accountant Grijalva, Grant Compliance Officer Neal, Administrative Analyst Dadaian, Community Development Director Bruckner, Community Services Director Guarrera, Utility Financial Analyst Redmile, Superintendent of Public Works Pedroza, City Librarian Maghsoudi, Redevelopment Director Cervantes, Redevelopment Senior Accountant Jara, Redevelopment Project Manager Forintos, City Treasurer Talley, City Clerk Solis. Call to Order Roll Call Also Present City Administrator/Executive Director Garcia addressed Councilmembers/Directors City Admin introducing the budget process for fiscal year 1994/95. Budget intro Director of Finance Craig addressed Councilmembers/Directors and presented a Dir of Fin broad overview of the budget as it exists now, with continuing adjustments which Budget overview will be finalized in order to adopt at the first meeting in July. RECESS: 7:30 P.M. Recess RECONVENED: 7:44 P.M. Reconvened Each General Fund Department Head presented his/her budget in broad detail and Depts Budget responded to Councilmembers/Directors questions as presented. presented Moved by Mayor/Chairman Alexander, seconded by Councilmember/Director Adjourn to Naranjo and unanimously carried by roll call to adjourn to Monday, June 27, 1994, 6/27/94, @ 6:00 P.M., in the Library Auditorium, in order to conduct a @6pm, Lib Redevelopment/Council planning workshop for Fiscal Year 1994-95.
