_. The'.Board of Trustees met in regular adjourned session at
7:30 P.M.
Present at Roll call Collins, Barnes, Clark, Case and Roach
A communication was read from the Azusa Ave. Baptist Choir ask -
in for a reduction in the rent of the City hall
It was m®ved by Clark seconded by Barnes that the request
be granted. Motion: carried.
Communicationa were also read from Blanch Bowers and the
Newberry-Bendheim Electric Co.

Trustee Case offered a Resolution and mored its adop$icm, beinG
? A Resolution of the. Board of 'Trustees of the City of Azusa
Calling a Special Election in the City of Azusa.
The Resolution was read by the Clerk. The Resol.uticn was
seconded by Clark..
Roll Call Ayes: Collins, Barnes, Clerk, Case, Roach
Noes: None
Absent: None
It was moved by Clerk and seconded by Case that the City �

Clerk purchase the necessary supplies for the proposed else -
tion.

Resolution, being n Resolution of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Azusa Granting the, Pacific Light & Power Comp-
any a Permit to Gonstruct a Power Line upon a Poetion of
First Street in the. City of Azusa.
` The Re3olution was read by Che Clerk.
It was mmved by Clark seconded by Barnes th?.t the rights and
� powers created under this resolution shall be in force for
1.5 years, Motion Carried.
It was moved by Clark seconded by Barnes,that the Resolution
be adopted as regd.

i,:r. H. E. Klapotsky asked the Board that a fire valve be
placed on the fire plug just north of h;3 house on First and
Azusa Ave,
moved by Collin=, seconded by Barnes that,Mr. Thompson be
instructed to place a valve on the fire plug at the Southwest
corner of Azusa Ave and First Street. Motion Carried,
