MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL,
AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 29, 1995 - 6:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Azusa met in regular adjourned session at the above date and time at the Light and
Water Building.
Mayor Alexander called the meeting to order, and led in the salute to the Flag.

Clerk/Deputy Secretary Toscano.

11 was consensus of Councilmembers/Boardmembers to recess to Closed Session to Closed Session
discuss the following:
Real Property Negotiations (Gov. Code Sec. 54956.8). Azusa Redevelopment Agency,
Mission Chrysler, 229 South Azusa Avenue, Azusa, California, Terms and conditions
of payment.
RECESS: 6:30 P.M.
RECONVENED: 7:15 P.M.

Representatives of Charter Communications addressed Council providing a presentation Charter
of its Franchise Renewal Proposal, detailing the System Rebuild, I -Net, Enhanced Communications
Services, Increase in Franchise Fees, PEG Channel and PEG Funding and Local Presentation
Program, and answered questions posed by Councilmembers.
It was consensus of the Council/Boardmembers to adjourn to Wednesday, August 30, Adjourn to
1995, at 6:30 P.M. in the City Library Auditorium in order to conduct a Rock Quarry 8/30, Rock
Update. Quarry Update
