a hearing concerning proposed revocation of Conditional Use Permit granted to RTI, to be
heard before the Planning Commission on May 28, 1997, secondly, directing staff to bring
back a moratorium ordinance concerning certain uses within the City within the C-2 zone,
to be heard by Council on May 19, 1997, and directing staff to transmit correspondence to
certain licensing authorities in Los Angeles County expressing concern regarding proposed
licensure of the RTI facility within the City of Azusa. Mayor Madrid abstaining.
