The Board of Trustees met in regular adjourned session at
7;30 P.h.

Present at roll call: Clark Case Roaci:. Absent Collins, Barnes.
Mr. Frank A. Lathrop a Consulting Engineer was before the Board
regarding the installation of a new nater system for the City
of Azusa.After some discussion mR. Lathrop agreed to make an
estimate of the cost of a water and light system for the City
of Azusa and present same to the Board as soon as possible.
The Public Works Committee was instructed to call on Mr.
J. T. Lindley of the Foothill Association and interview him
regarding the purchase of some land north of the City for
the purpose of sinking a well.
It was moved by Clark and seconded by Case that the Clerk
notify Mr. V. Montgomery that he should take out a license for
the bill board erected on Center & San Gabriel and also to
pay for pack license }lotion Carried.
It was moved by Case seconded by Clark that the meeting ad-
journ. motion carried.
