The City Council/Board members of the City of Azusa and the Redevelopment Agency met in adjourned regular session at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium. Mayor/Chairman Madrid called the meeting to order. ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARDISON, STANFORD, ROCHA, BEEBE, MADRID ABSENT: COUNCELMEMBERS: NONE ALSO PRESENT: General Counsel Deitsch, City Manager/Executive Director Cole, Redevelopment/Economic Development Director Andrews, Utilities Director Hsu, Community Development Director Bruckner, Deputy City Clerk/Deputy Secretary Toscano. Call to Order Roll Call Also Present It was consensus ofthe Councilmembers to recess to Closed Session to discuss the following: Closed Session CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (Gov. Code Sec. 54956.8). Krems Prop Property Owner: City of Azusa Redevelopment Agency. Property: 575-647 East Foothill Boulevard, Azusa, Calif 91702. Negotiators: City Manager Cole, Community Development Director Bruckner, and Redevelopment/Economic Development Director Andrews. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of sale. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (Gov. Code Sec. 54956.81 Sanitation Dist Prop Property Owner: Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 22. Property: 925 W. Paramount Street, Azusa, CA. 91702, and Assessor's Parcel Number 8615-016-901. Negotiators: City Manager Cole, Community Development Director Bruckner, and Redevelopment/Economic Development Director Andrews. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of sale.
