MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY, JULY 6,1999 - 6:30 P.M.
The City Council/Board members of the City of Azusa and the Redevelopment Agency met
in adjourned regular session at the above date and time in the Civic Auditorium.
Mayor/Chairman Madrid called the meeting to order.

ABSENT: COUNCELMEMBERS: NONE
ALSO PRESENT:
General Counsel Deitsch, City Manager/Executive Director Cole, Redevelopment/Economic
Development Director Andrews, Utilities Director Hsu, Community Development Director
Bruckner, Deputy City Clerk/Deputy Secretary Toscano.

It was consensus ofthe Councilmembers to recess to Closed Session to discuss the following: Closed Session

The City Council reconvened at 7:25 p.m and it was consensus that the Closed Session be Continue to end

It was consensus of Councilmembers to continue the Closed Session regarding Real Property
Negotiations for the property located at 575-647 East Foothill Boulevard, to Thursday, July
15, 1999, at 5:30 p.m. in the Light and Water Conference room.
